Do I need to wait for Open Enrollment to use HPG?
No. Open Enrollment (Oct 15–Dec 7) applies to changing your Medicare plan. If you already have Medicare Part A or Part B, you can begin receiving our physician services immediately, any time of year.
Will Medicare cover the cost of in-home visits?
In most cases, yes. Medicare Part B covers physician services, including in-home visits, at up to 80% of the approved cost. Many of our patients pay $0 out of pocket, especially with a Medicare Supplement (Medigap) plan.
Do you accept Medicare Advantage plans?
Yes, we accept most Medicare Advantage plans. Call us at (407) 610-5040 and we’ll verify your specific plan before your first visit, at no cost to you.
What if my plan has me assigned to a different PCP?
No problem. If your Medicare Advantage plan requires a PCP assignment, our team helps you update it to HPG, usually with a single call to your plan. We walk you through it step by step.
Do I need a referral from my current provider?
No referral is required to become a new patient. Simply call us and our intake team will handle everything, including coordinating with your existing providers.
