Dr. Gabriel Nuriel, D.O. is a family physician who received his undergraduate degree from Oral Roberts University and his medical degree from Nova Southeastern University. He was Chief Intern and Chief Resident at Florida Hospital during his residency.

Dr. Nuriel spent four years working as an Emergency Room physician at Florida Hospital. He is also the former medical director for the Healthcare Center for the Homeless.

He is a member of FOMA and AOA.

Abhishek Mishra, MD is an internal medicine physician and the Medical Director of HPG, a multi-setting medical group serving patients across skilled nursing, assisted living, home-based, outpatient, and telemedicine settings in Central Florida. He earned his medical degree from Drexel University College of Medicine and trained in internal medicine residency at MedStar Health in Baltimore.

Dr. Mishra holds medical directorships at multiple skilled nursing facilities throughout the region, where he oversees clinical quality, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of coordinated, patient-centered care for medically complex and aging populations. He is committed to advancing standards in post-acute and long-term care, value-based care, and holistic care models through clinical leadership, provider education, innovative program implementation, and quality improvement.

He is a member of the American College of Physicians (ACP), a Fellow of AMDA – The Society for Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine, and a member of the Florida Medical Directors Association (FMDA).

Stephanie Torres-Boschetti is a highly accomplished medical leader whose core expertise lies in Primary Care and Patient Safety, complemented by significant experience managing clinical trials. She is highly effective in improving patient outcomes, evidenced by her work to decrease hospitalization rates through targeted community and clinical programs.

Dr. Torres-Boschetti attended medical school at the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara in Mexico and completed her medical internship at Manatí Medical Center in Puerto Rico. Her comprehensive background includes crucial pre-clinical roles as a Care Coordinator and Medical Assistant, where she gained hands-on experience in community health and program management. She is fluent in English and Spanish, with elementary French, enabling exceptional communication within diverse patient populations.

Her professional philosophy is centered on guiding patients and staff through education and community empowerment, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge needed for optimal outcomes. She is dedicated to improving operational efficiency.
