The Physician Behind the Vision
Dr. Gabriel Nuriel founded Home Physicians Group with a singular mission: bring the best of medicine directly to patients who need it most. Trained as Chief Intern and Chief Resident at Florida Hospital, he spent four years as an Emergency Room physician before serving as Medical Director of the Healthcare Center for the Homeless.
That experience gave him a firsthand understanding of the gaps in continuity of care. He built HPG specifically to close them, one physician-led team, consistent across every care setting.

Today, Dr. Nuriel leads a team of over 100 physicians, nurse practitioners, and allied health professionals serving patients across 14 Central Florida counties, in their homes, clinics, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and hospitals.
